To register on-line for this summer's leadership camps, please follow ALL of these steps: 

NOTE:  After the CAMP REGISTRATION DEADLINE, campers will receive a camp packet by mail containing all information about camp for the summer.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES:  Elementary & Middle School Camps - July 1, 2008 / High School Camp - June 1, 2008.  Register Today!

1. DOWNLOAD, print & complete the Medical Release Form and mail it to:

   240 Woodland Ave,
   Columbus OH 43203.
   
   
2. If you only pay the $75 Deposit at Registration, the balance of camp fees can be paid on the first day of camp.
